Bhd. was officially incorporated on 13 May 1995 under the Malaysia Companies Act 1956, marking the beginning of our journey as a dedicated provider of aluminium and glass fabrication solutions. Although formally established in 1995, our roots in the industry extend back to 1992 through the acquisition of the fixed assets and customer base of Perniagaan Swee Seng and Perniagaan Seng Glass Works, both respected names in aluminium and glass works. This strategic acquisition enabled us to commence operations immediately with a strong foundation of expertise, equipment, and long-standing clientele.
